Tropical Overnight Oats with Coconut Water and Mango

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: None. Store in the fridge overnight

Serves: 1

Allergy Information: Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Lactose Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 45g gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 60g chopped mango (you can use frozen or fresh)
  • 140ml Lucy Bee Coconut Water

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a resealable jar (I used a 300ml Lucy Bee Coconut Oil jar).
  2. Stir to combine all the ingredients together.
  3. Place lid on the jar to seal, and put in the fridge overnight.

Hi Liz, thank you, glad to hear that you enjoy them :) We say no added sugar on the packaging as in some cases brands add sugar to their coconut water where we have not, the term no added sugar is the same as unsweetened. Per 100ml our Coconut Water has 2.5g of sugar, which means it is low in sugar. Hope this all helps, let me know if you have any more questions, Daisy

Usually when a product says ‘no added sugar ‘ it may mean it has already got
Quite a lot of sugar content already – !!
