My heritage means I cook with creamed coconut most days and upon reading how pure and sugar free Lucy Bee's product was, I decided to try. It's honestly a game changer - tastes much better, it's thicker than substandard versions so a little goes a long way. Smells delicious too!
Love this and it gives the curries a great flavour and creamy texture
love this product and use in cakes and for non dairy milk on breakfast etc
I have been using this product to make my own coconut milk for over a year, since seeing Lucy Bees video on how to do it. I cannot drink my coffee any other way now. I also use it in smoothies, and cooking, and I love how I know exactly what is in it. Never had any faults with the quality of this product in the time I have been ordering. Thoroughly recommend!
Delicious product. I warm it slightly, then use a knife to blend it (all creamed coconut separates on standing). I add a teaspon to my coffee every morning in place of milk or cream - yummy - and use in soups and curries. Wouldn't want to be without it.
So easy to make coconut milk in minutes.
So delicious! I make my own chocolate with this, and it's great in curries too.
Made a chicken curry using the creamed coconut. I had a sneaky taste of it out of the jar and could have eaten the lot!!!
This stuff is amazing! I originally bought it for a soap ingredient, but after tasting it - melt on the tongue heaven - I use it in anything I can! My favourite is my BANANA SHAKE RECIPE: 1 banana pureed in blender with a little cow's or Lucy Bee's Coconut Milk - or half and half. Then 1/4-1/2 tsp Lucy Bee's Chai Blend, 2-3 tbsp on Lucy Bee's Coconut Cream (warmed up with a little milk until it's quite fluid) then topped up with milk and blended some more. Best served if chilled in freezer for an hour before drinking: a super-creamy ice-cream-like banana shake you won't forget!
We eat so much curry in this house - pre-made by my mum. Some of these are too hot for my son to eat... not an issue. Grab my Lucy Bee Raw Creamed Coconut; chuck a load in the pot and cook it away as the originally made curry re-heats. Great product. Cannot live without ... !!!
Love the creamed coconut. A favourite in oyr house. Cant recommend it highly enough.
Re purchased this a few times , mainly as we love it love it curries /stews can transform a dish. Perfect in cakes too our favourite at the moment is the creamed coconut orange cake.
The creamed coconut in rice and a Thai green curry is amazing! Such a lovely flavour. Can’t wait to use in more dishes.
Brilliant addition to loads of dishes; well worth buying!
The best thing EVER
I love creamed coconut. This with a bit of hot water and lime is a perfect dressing to add to a spicy dish. Also works really well in soups and curries.
The richest creamiest creamed coconut I’ve ever had, could eat it from the jar, delicious
Game changer for cooking nice stir fries, curríes etc. Use as little or as much as you like and much more economical. Great to have in the store cupboard. Love using it in chicken satay- the Lucy bee recipe. So tasty!
I really love this product, it tastes so good. Also it’s so handy having a jar that you can take just what you need. I so often use half a tin of coconut milk and then waste the rest.
Added to my curry last night - was amazing! made it so tasty and creamy!
Really great product and great to have a coconut milk without anything added. Could do with more instructions on the label but that is a minor issue - I knew to mix in the separated oil only after reading the reviews. To aid getting out the jar I have frozen some in an ice cube tray so now very easy to get some when I don't have time to warm the jar. Will be buying again as have used in lots of different dishes without needing to waste or open an entire tin. Next experiment is coconut yoghurt.
The most delicious thing ever created! I use it in curry’s, smoothies, coffee and anything else I can think of!
Such a good idea - saves having loads of tins of coconut milk (that is usually filled with random stuff), whereas this is 100% organic creamed coconut - nothing else, so you know exactly what you are eating! I make loads of homemade curries so it's perfect for this, my next mission is homemade coconut yogurt. I'm unsuccessful thus far :( I also re-use the jars for storage or overnights oats! (Where I use LucyBee cocao powder).
