Another quality product. Again it is a store cupboard essential so nice to be able to make various treats with the cocount sugar knowing it's healthier

We always say 'everything in moderation' and it's good to know that when we want to use sugar, this is a natural alternative to refined sugar and that, despite its name, it doesn't taste of coconut! Petrina

Not much to say other than it’s found a firm place in my cupboard. I’m never going back to brown sugar having tried this LB coconut sugar. It’s got a warm, rich caramel taste but not sickly sweet and definitely doesn’t taste of coconut which makes it great to use in drinks and food. I haven’t baked with it yet but intend too!
