Donating our Coconut Oil to Food Banks

During the current cost of living crisis, and the increased pressure on individuals who are struggling, we have donated our 300ml coconut oil to FareShare, a UK food distribution charity. The coconut oil will be shared amongst their sites in the UK and passed on to their network of over almost 11,000 charities that use it for meals within their communities. These include the homeless, soup kitchens, women’s refuge centres, the elderly, and schools.

FareShare advise, “charities can offer their clients a varied, healthy diet, and the money they save on their food bills can be reinvested back into their vital services. Without food from FareShare, one in five charities say they would have to close.”

Our coconut oil has been shared to the following FareShare locations around the UK:

  • Barnsley
  • Brighton
  • Bristol
  • Cardiff
  • Didcot
  • Dundee
  • Edinburgh
  • Glasgow
