Do You Need Information About Your Delivery?
You can fully track your order via the link that you should have received in an email and text from the courier - Parcel Force or UPS. Please refer to this in the first instance.
It’s worth noting that you can also amend your delivery via that tracking link, with the courier.
A Query About Your Order?
For questions that you have about your order, please either email firstname.lastname@example.org (and include your Order Number along with your query), or call us on +44 (0)1992 747 900.
For all complaints, we will need to see the following so please have these to hand:
- images of the invoice (showing who has packed and checked your order)
- images of any damaged items, where appropriate
- images of the packaging
These will be helpful in order for us to deal with your query.
We’re available during office hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. If you get in touch outside of these times, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can – if leaving a voicemail, remember to let us know a number to call you back on.
